Pointing Rushed To Hospital

Pointing was taken to a Perth hospital for x-rays after being forced to retire hurt by a brutal Kemar Roach bouncer hitting him on the elbow after lunch on day one in Perth.

Ponting was cleared of a break, and has returned to the WACA and is expected to be able to bat over the remaining four days.
