Yuraj Out Of Sri Lanka Series

Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh has been ruled out of the remaining two ODIs against Sri Lanka due to his finger injury.

"Due to the finger injury sustained earlier, Yuvraj Singh has been advised rest and therefore he will not play in the 4th and 5th ODI matches against Sri Lanka to be played at Kolkata and Delhi on December 24 and 27," a BCCI statement quoted secretary N Srinivasan as saying on Tuesday.

Yuvraj also may not travel to Bangladesh where India play a tri-series against the hosts and Sri Lanka before a two-Test series, even though the Board didn't comment on the tour.
